My son is a screenwriter and works from home. His wife is a partner in a large law firm. And they have three young children, only the oldest in preschool. A nanny comes every day and my son is very hands on. He often puts the needs of his children before his work. I feel bad and, because I'm no longer working, spend a lot of time sparing him so he can get back to his writing.
